Floors look great and they worked very quickly to get it installed. It’s very impressive. However, communication amongst the manager, floor installers and plumber need to improve. We were told that the plumber would give us his phone number after disconnecting the stove/toilet/fridge so we could call him back when it was time to connect everything back once the floor is finished. That did not happen. We had to call the RiteRug store to get the plumbers info and the person who answered was short with us and rude. Overall, The plumber was great though! Floor installers also left some large wood panels at our house that we now have to discard ourselves. Our bulk trash does not take “construction” materials so now we have to call junk trash to get rid of it. They also tore up the kickplates under our kitchen counters but did not come back to replace them/did not leave all of the old kickplates left so we could re-install (I was told by management that they may or may not be able to replace kickplates).They marked down in the paperwork that they were not finished but did not say when they would come back. I had to reach out to the store 2 days later to follow up but it sounded like there was mixed communication regarding what needed finished (despite me sending photos to the manager clearly showing that the kickplates were gone). Management did not respond to my email. He called me the next day asking what needed finished, despite me already telling him what we needed. After it was all said and done, we decided to not have RiteRug come back to fix the kickplate situation. We wanted to repaint our cabinets white (previously black) in the future but we will now do it sooner than expected since the kickplates are completely gone.

Amazing, could it be more pleased with the quality and efficiency of the carpet install! Would 100% recommend and use again!

Excellent job but I guess the guy forgot some of the old rug left behind that was stinky. That was,a bummer for us to deal with. Otherwise they did a great job!

The flooring and carpet are good. The installer on 10/5 was great. The two people that came on Tuesday 10/6. to install the carpet were rude and condescending. They left some of the old carpet lying in my front yard and told me it was my problem. If I hadn’t had such a good experience on 10/5, I would have rated it a zero

Jamie at the Powell store did a great job of working with us in finding the carpet that we wanted. The entire process from ordering, to scheduling, to the final product was done in a prompt, professional manner!

Jamie was very helpful matching our 13 year old wood floor! He matched the quarter round shape and paint. Installers were on time and worked diligently to finish in record time!

Our new floors look great. Complete game changer for our condo. Our sales associate Paul Kendrick pointed us in the right direction in terms of what would be the best quality of flooring for our money. He didn't push us into making a decision and guided us thru the whole process and got it done with in our desired time frame. As for the install crew, they had an extremely tough job busting up the old hardwood but they did it and then installed over 1000 square feet in 2 days. A great job that not many people want to take on. 5 stars across the board

Really from start to finish we had a very very good experience with our Rite Rug sales person as well as the installers. Our salesman Rick was extremely helpful in identifying a product and in a color that would match our existing would work. He also was very helpful in making the financial aspect of replacing our flooring work within our budget. The folks that did the installation were very professional. I feel like they did a very nice job, both removing the existing flooring and installing the new flooring. I would certainly recommend Rite Rug to someone who was looking to replace existing or install new flooring.

Outstanding experience! Our salesperson,Paul was great He listened to our needs and found the flooring we were looking for. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered our questions. The installation crew was great as well. They worked hard and exceeded our expectations in every way . They cleaned up very well and the flooring looks great! We used Rire Rug for a project a couple of years ago with similar results. I recommend Rite Rug for any flooring needs

Good product, installation was great, good price. Only negative was lack of communication in terms of timeframe for installation.
