Knowledgeable and efficient crew. On time and cleaned up well after installation

Happy with selection help and the installation.

Lauren and her team of installers at RiteRug did an excellent job from beginning to end. The brand new carpet at my house is beautiful and very plush. Great products and service at a very fair price!

This was a great experience working with Lauren. she heard what we were saying and executed it perfectly! The installers did a fabulous job. We are so very happy with how the floor looks, and we’ll certainly recommend your company and learn to other clients. Gene & Helen.

This company did an OUTSTANDING JOB on my flooring and carpet!!!!!! Their prices are WONDERFUL AND SO ARE THE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! I couldn’t be HAPPIER!!!!!!!!

The lady who came to do the initial consult was nice and professional. She was quick and it was obvious she know what she was doing. We had new carpet installed in the whole house. They did an amazing job and it looks great. The transition between the carpet and flooring were immaculate, we didn't have to install anything between them. We're moving and they were great with last minute requests.

The installer was late as they were stuck in traffic. I would have liked better communication about that. I couldn't be happier with how the carpet turned out

Very positive experience! Rachel, the sales representative, was fantastic, she went above and beyond calling around to find the discontinued flooring that matched what we have in our home. After that, things moved quickly and smoothly, the install was scheduled a few days later and the crew was great, very professional and efficient. End result, we have the same flooring throughout the house and it looks amazing.

Lauren was amazing to work with! The guys who came to install my flooring were very professional and answered all my questions.

Great selection & prices. Installers were great & quick.

The guys did a fantastic job and were so respectful of our home. We could not be happier with the finished result!

Quick quoting, quick install! Beautiful work!

This carpet crew was absolutely awesome! They were efficient and extremely professional. They were very nice and respectful and made our home look amazing with the new carpet they put in! Thanks!

We have used Rachel and RiteRug numerous times over the years and at multiple houses. every experience has been great. Rachel always makes an effort to find the best possible flooring that fits our budget and has even recommended us to not do some things because the return isn't worth the investment. Rachel is always our first call when we need flooring. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience! Everyone was professional and friendly. Communication was good throughout. Would definitely use again.

I had a great experience with our new floors! From the very beginning, when Rachel came out to provide the estimate, the entire process was easy and professional. The installation went smoothly, the team did a fantastic job, and they were respectful of my home throughout the process-leaving everything so clean when they left. I absolutely love how the floors turned out and would highly recommend them!

Rachel and crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything we wanted. She gave great direction in finding a floor that suits our special needs. (Hearing is an issue and noise is a problem). The plank is gorgeous; the karastan carpet is beautiful! She went above and beyond to find what we needed. The installation was professional and fabulous. We would give 10 stars if we could! And the prices are awesome!!
