The installer came when he said he would. He worked efficiently on the install and cleaned up carefully upon completion. As usual, I am very satisfied with RiteRug.

We purchased a hardwood floor. The price was very good. The quality of the floor is excellent. The installers did a nice job. We needed to have the transition between the new, thicker hardwood floor and our carpet, leveled. The repair person was on time and the transition is now fixed. We are very happy with our service and will return for new carpets.

I was able to pick out and install my carpet within a week. They were professional during installation, answered my questions and cleaned up afterward.

We had a wonderful experience with Rite Rug Flooring & Carpet when we decided to replace the carpet in our home office with the same wood flooring that we had in our main living area. Rite Rug had the flooring we needed in stock, and we were able to schedule the work right away. Irvin brought out the new flooring, he quickly pulled up the carpeting, and laid the flooring beautifully within three hours. My husband and I were amazed! Salesman Sean Pope displayed exceptional customer service in very stressful circumstances. Our initial order of LVT flooring arrived damaged. The manufacturer gave an estimated re-delivery date, but didn't meet it. Their next estimate was for approx. 3 months later. None of this was Rite Rug's fault, and Sean kept us well-informed as the sorry saga unfolded. We did a thorough search for an alternative product and Rite Rug's manager, Don, agreed to honor their original cost estimate for the new product, which was more expensive. Asit turned out, we liked the alternate product even better than our original choice. The installers Rite Rug sent to our home worked quickly and did a very professional job. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience with Rite Rug and look forward to purchasing flooring from them again.

I received an outstanding deal on my carpet choice, the salesman, Shawn, was fair and knowledgeable, easy to understand and easy to help my a sensible purchase. The installation guys were on time and professional , they were very experienced and did an awesome installation job!

I chose the Anderson Tuftex Imperial Pecan Fawn from the Dublin store #90 as part of a renovation. Steve Peck was my sales rep who has been with the company over 25 years. His product estimate was spot on, and the after sales support was excellent. The install team led by Chayo are experts at flooring, with over 20 years working together and they returned as requested to do spot cleaning and adjusting of the shoe molding and did a wonderful job. Thank you to Steve, and the install and service teams at Rite Rug for their excellent customer service. They are professionals and know what they are doing. My floor is beautiful and my experience with them is top level. I highly recommend this store and team.

The salesman, Danny Jobin, is very knowledgeable and obtained precise measurements which avoided any unnecessary costs and over supply. The install crew started the day a man or two down but others joined late in the day. They installed the same day, which took 12 hours, but their determination got the job done. Highly satisfied. Rite rug had a very competitive price for the carpet. Steve Peck coordinated the movers (some of our furniture was too heavy for the carpet installers to move), the individuals who disassembled and reassembled the bed, as well as the carpet installers. It all came together perfectly. We are very pleased with the final result.
